This cute summer top features a ruffle hem and tie straps. It has a slightly cropped fit and the ties make it so that you can customize the fit to your liking! The fabric is a blue and white stripe.
When laying flat, this garment measures 18” from armpit to armpit and 13” from the neckline down to the hem.
