Welcome to Lilac Threads! This is my first blog post and also the launch of my site! Our goal here is to create cute and fun apparel with sustainability in mind. All of the fabrics that I use are sourced either second hand or purchased from deadstock fabric stores. This means that no new fabric had to be produced! I also use as much fabric as I possibly can and even turn scraps in to fun accessories that can be found in my Etsy shop. Because I am buying small quantities of fabric, I can only make 1 or 2 pieces in each print, making each piece one of a kind!
